Pokédex Expansion
Pokémon Roles
Build specialized work crews by comparing role fit, rating tiers, and material synergy across available Pokémon.
How to Build a Work Crew
Every Pokémon has a primary specialty, a secondary role, and a rating that tells you how well it performs. Start with the job you need done most, filter by that primary specialty, then compare ratings and unlock areas to find the best option available at your current game stage.
Ratings are not everything. A lower-rated pick that unlocks early and matches your materials can outperform a higher-rated one you cannot staff yet. Use the habitat sync filter to avoid assigning a Pokémon whose habitat is not set up.
A balanced crew usually beats a team of all S-rated specialists in the same role. Pair high-output picks with a flexible support member, and revisit the roster after each new area unlock.
